Starfruit is an oblong golden-colored fruit with five deep ridges or “wings” running down its length. When we cut it crosswise because of Its ridges it has a beautiful star shape. Start fruit has thin, waxy but edible skin which covers a golden flesh with a refreshingly crisp, chewy texture and lightly sweet and tangy flavor.

Star Fruit has a great source of vitamin C and fiber and because of its shape it star look to shape it is a perfect addition to fruit salads and desserts, or as a cocktail garnish.
